聖方濟加·尚達爾（會士）
聖女公元1572年生於法國狄榮城，二十歲時與貴族尚達爾結婚，生有子女六人，皆受良好教育。二十八歲時，丈夫意外身亡，成為寡婦。她發願守貞，在聖方濟各‧沙雷氏的領導下，聖德進步神速，照顧貧病者之愛德，尤為馳名。
1610 年 6 月 6 日聖三瞻禮日，與聖方濟各‧沙雷氏在法國安聶西創立了聖母訪親會（聖母往見會）；會友以寡婦和女平信徒為主，聖女親自管理，領導有方。
聖女1641年12月13日安逝。

天主，你曾使聖女方濟加，在婚姻和修道的人生旅途中，發放了德行的光芒；因她的轉求，求你使我們忠於自己的聖召，常能樹立光明的榜樣。因你的聖子、我們的主耶穌基督，他和你及聖神，是唯一天主，永生永王。亞孟。
Saint Jane Frances de Chantal, Religious
Born in Dijon, France, St. Jane (1572-1641) married the Baron of Chantal and had six children. After her husband’s death, she dedicated herself to the sick and poor. She met St. Francis de Sales, and she founded the Order of the Visitation under his guidance. She later published his writings.

O God, who made Saint Jane Frances de Chantal
radiant with outstanding merits in different walks of life,
grant us, through her intercession,
that, walking faithfully in our vocation,
we may constantly be examples of shining light.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
